Digital delivery & shipping policy

TRLABS TECHNOLOGIES (202603175570) provides TempahJer through your web browser at tempahjer.com. We do not ship physical products, require a delivery address for software access, or charge shipping fees. You need an internet connection and access to your registered Google account to use your workspace.

A new paid plan or immediate upgrade becomes available in your business workspace after the payment gateway verifies successful payment. A checkout redirect or bank debit alone does not confirm activation. Verification is normally automatic, but provider or network delays can hold up activation.

Scheduled plan or billing changes take effect on the date shown in Settings → Plan and billing. Yearly subscriptions are paid upfront; booking and WhatsApp allowances still reset monthly.

Paid add-on packs are applied to your workspace after payment verification and expire at the next monthly usage reset. The billing screen shows your available allowances.

An eligible three-month Starter offer begins when its code is successfully redeemed, not when the invitation email arrives. The code and account restrictions shown with the offer apply.

Sign in with the Google account linked to your business and check Settings → Plan and billing. If payment was taken but access or allowances have not updated, email [email protected] with your business name, invoice or payment reference and payment date. Avoid paying again while we check the original payment.

This policy covers delivery of TempahJer software only. Each business using TempahJer is responsible for providing its own booked services, including appointments, travel, physical deliveries and any associated charges or arrangements.
